Yes. Every meeting is exclusive to one MSP client.

Prime Signal does not resell meetings as shared bookings, recycled leads, or multi-use data.

What makes a meeting valid?

A valid meeting means the booking took place, involved the right person, met the agreed criteria, and included the required handover standard.

Question 3

What happens if the prospect does not attend?

Accepted Answer

If the prospect does not attend, the meeting is not treated as a valid meeting sat. No-shows are logged and handled under the agreed meeting recovery rules.

Every package includes Advanced Meeting Recovery Support to help protect the opportunity and reduce the risk of missed meetings being wasted. Where the opportunity still looks valid, we will work to recover the meeting under the agreed recovery process.

What counts as a valid dispute?

Accepted Answer

A dispute may be valid if the meeting fails the agreed standard. This could include the wrong company, wrong contact, poor-fit firm, no clear review reason, weak handover, duplicate account, or a meeting booked outside the agreed criteria.

A meeting is not usually disputed because the prospect did not buy, the opportunity did not progress, or the follow-up was not handled properly after the handover.

How does the Prime Promise refund work?

Accepted Answer

The Prime Promise refund applies if Prime Signal does not deliver against the agreed package terms within the stated timeframe. In that case, the setup fee can be refunded or credited as agreed before launch.

If a meeting is booked with a prospect who does not meet the agreed criteria, Prime Signal will replace it at no charge, regardless of whether the meeting results in a sale.

Refunds do not apply where valid meetings are delivered correctly, but the opportunity does not progress after the handover.

Do you confirm the meeting before it takes place?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A prospect confirmation call is included across all packages. This helps confirm attendance, protect meeting quality, and reduce avoidable no-shows.

What is the Pain Report?

Accepted Answer

The Pain Report is the handover document that explains why the meeting is worth having. It captures the trigger, current setup, business impact, urgency, buyer context, meeting reason, and attendee details. The depth of the Pain Report depends on the package selected.

What is not included in the Prime Signal service?

Prime Signal is designed to keep the offer clear, focused, and commercially fair.

We do not charge for no-shows
We do not sell raw lead lists
We do not guarantee closed deals
We do not geofence campaigns, because the service is nationwide
We do not treat weak booked calls as valid meetings

What is MEDDIC qualification?

MEDDIC is a deeper qualification framework used to understand whether a meeting has real commercial potential.

It looks at:

Metrics — the measurable impact or business value
Economic buyer — who owns the decision or budget
Decision criteria — what the firm will judge the solution against
Decision process — how the firm would review and approve change
Identify pain — the issue creating a reason to act
Champion — whether there is someone with enough interest or influence to support the conversation

Prime Professional and Prime Advanced use a MEDDIC-qualified handover. A MEDDIC-qualified handover strengthens the first conversation, but it does not replace your own discovery.
