Prime Data Service Terms

Last update April 2026

These Service Terms apply to Prime Data services supplied by Prime Signal Group Limited (Prime Signal) to business clients. They sit alongside the agreed order, proposal or marketplace order details, the Privacy Notice, the Source Methodology and the Delivery, Replacement & Refund Policy.

1. Services
Prime Data supplies researched and verified UK and US B2B company and decision-maker data under Prime Enhanced, Prime Intelligence, Prime Bespoke and the 50-record Prime Intelligence Proof Batch.

Prime Enhanced includes the agreed Core record. Prime Intelligence includes the complete Prime Enhanced record plus why the prospect fits, key prospect intelligence and an outreach angle. Prime Bespoke includes the Prime Intelligence record plus agreed client-defined research fields.

2. Buyer brief and order scope
Before fulfilment begins, the client must provide or approve the targeting brief, including geography, company criteria, decision-maker profile, exclusions, volume and any suppression list. Prime Bespoke orders must also confirm the custom fields, evidence expectations and whether an Intelligence fallback is acceptable where a Bespoke field cannot be substantiated.

The agreed brief forms the qualification standard for the order.

3. Research, sourcing and verification
Prime Data researches and verifies records using the Source Methodology published for the service. Required fields must meet the applicable verification standard before delivery. Supporting source URL(s) and a verification date are retained at record level.

AI may assist with research organisation, classification and evidence-based summarisation. Delivered claims must remain grounded in supporting evidence.

4. Delivery
Delivery format and turnaround follow the Prime Data Delivery, Replacement & Refund Policy. Turnaround begins once the buyer brief and all required inputs are confirmed.

5. Fees and payment
Pricing is confirmed before fulfilment begins and may be stated in GBP, USD or another agreed currency. Marketplace orders may also be subject to the relevant marketplace’s payment and fee rules. VAT or other applicable taxes are added where legally required.

The 50-record Prime Intelligence Proof Batch is charged at the published proof-batch price. Where the client places a qualifying first order of 250 or more records, the full proof-batch payment is credited against that order in accordance with the published offer.

6. Prime Bespoke availability and fallback
Bespoke research is scoped before fulfilment. Where an agreed Bespoke field cannot be substantiated and an Intelligence fallback has been agreed, the affected record may be delivered and billed at the Prime Intelligence rate. Where the Bespoke field is mandatory, the record is removed and replaced.

7. Quality standard
Prime Data applies the agreed buyer brief and verification rules before delivery. Weak, conflicting or unsubstantiated records are removed and replaced during fulfilment where they do not meet a mandatory requirement.

8. Replacements, refunds and issue reporting
The client may report qualifying issues within 30 calendar days of delivery. Replacement, batch re-check and refund or credit rights are governed by the Prime

Data Delivery, Replacement & Refund Policy.

9. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate targeting criteria, exclusions and suppression data, reviewing delivered records promptly and using the data in accordance with applicable marketing, privacy and data-protection law.

Delivered data is supplied for the client’s own business-development, sales and research activity. Resale, redistribution or supply of the delivered dataset to another organisation requires Prime Signal’s prior written agreement.

10. Sales outcomes
Prime Data supplies researched and verified prospect data and intelligence. Sales, meetings, replies, conversions, contract wins and revenue depend on factors outside the delivered dataset and are not guaranteed.

11. Data changes after verification
Business information can change after delivery, including employment, company status, websites, phone numbers and email configuration. The verification date identifies when the record was checked. Issues that qualify under the published policy are handled through the replacement and refund process.

12. Data protection and confidentiality
Each party must comply with applicable data-protection law in relation to personal data processed under the service. The client must keep delivered prospect information reasonably secure and use it only for lawful business purposes.

Prime Signal’s handling of personal data is explained in the Prime Signal Privacy Notice.

13. Changes to scope
Any material change to volume, targeting criteria, custom fields, evidence requirements, delivery timing or pricing must be agreed before the changed work is undertaken.

14. Governing law
These Service Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Service Terms, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply.
